Melody K. Seal is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association (inactive status) and the Utah State Bar Association (active status).  She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council.   Prior to relocating to Utah and joining the firm, she practiced law for several years in Arizona, where she also was a frequent speaker to professional and community groups on legal issues that affect seniors.  Melody’s many years of legal experience provide a solid background for her current Elder Law practice here in Utah. Melody has helped hundreds of families successfully work through a variety of legal issues such as guardianships and conservatorships, advance directives, probate, financial exploitation, trust and estate administration, and long-term care planning and Medicaid eligibility.

Melody’s roots are in the Intermountain West, and she returned to Utah to be closer to her family.  In addition to visiting with family, she enjoys going for long walks in Utah’s beautiful weather.
